Other acts performing include Clean Bandit, Bastille, Deacon Blue, Jax Jones and Lewis Capaldi.
Pat will be on Channel 103 each evening from 6pm sharp, looking ahead to the sold-out festival with previews, recordings of previous performances and backstage gossip.
He said: "I had a blast at last year’s Weekender Festival so I was thrilled to be invited back again for another go!
"The chance to be on the radio in my favourite island was the icing on the cake."
Channel 103 is the official media partner of the Weekender Festival, taking place this Saturday 31st August and Sunday 1st September at the Royal Jersey Showground, Trinity.
